Terms of Service

Madi ("the Service") is a web-based project timeline and Gantt-chart tool operated by JooGaa Company. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

You need an account to use most of the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. One account per person. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to:

• upload or share content that is illegal, infringing, malicious, or violates someone else's rights;
• attempt to disrupt the Service, scrape it, evade rate limits, or reverse-engineer it;
• impersonate others or use the Service to harass or abuse other users.

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, and display it solely as necessary to provide the Service to you and the people you share it with.

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), which acts as the merchant of record for the Service. Current pricing and seat-based overage are listed on the Plans page. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel. You can cancel from your account settings at any time; access continues until the end of the period you've paid for and your data is preserved. We will refund accidental purchases reported within 14 days of the charge. Applicable taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax) are calculated and added by Paddle at checkout and itemized on your invoice.

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the Service. On termination your data is removed within 30 days.

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JooGaa Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea, except where consumer-protection laws in your country of residence grant you additional rights you cannot waive.
