Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-25

Madi ("the Service") is a web-based project timeline and Gantt-chart tool operated by JooGaa Company. Paid plans are sold as recurring subscriptions through our payment provider Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), which acts as the merchant of record. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work. It is part of, and consistent with, our Terms of Service.

1. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account settings (Billing). When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for — there is no further charge after that, and your data is preserved. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

2. Refunds

Because access continues through the end of a paid period after cancellation, we generally do not refund partial or unused time. We will, however, issue a refund in these cases:

  • Accidental or duplicate charges reported within 14 days of the charge.
  • A billing error on our side (you were charged the wrong amount or for the wrong plan).
  • The Service was materially unavailable for an extended period and you were unable to use what you paid for.
  • Any case where a refund is required by the consumer-protection law that applies to you.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@madiplan.app from the address on your account, and include your Paddle order or invoice ID (it's on the receipt Paddle emailed you). We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Free demo

The interactive demo and any free usage are not charged, so there is nothing to refund. You only ever pay once you choose a paid plan at checkout.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence. For customers in the EU/UK, where a statutory right of withdrawal applies to digital services, that right is respected; note that by starting to use a paid feature you may be asking us to begin the service immediately.

6. Taxes

Applicable taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax) are calculated and added by Paddle at checkout and itemized on your invoice. Refunds include the corresponding tax where applicable.
